Jostaberry Gooseberry Currant Hybrid

A cross between Black Currant and Gooseberry. A fine blending of the mellow gooseberry flavor with hints of the black currant’s taste. Beautiful translucent purple-black fruit makes an excellent jam. High in Vitamin C. Mildew and Blister rust resistant. Thornless.


State laws prohibit shipping Currants or Gooseberries to Delaware, Maine, N. Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Vermont or West Virginia. Black Currants cannot be sent to any of the states above, plus Massachusetts, Montana, Ohio and Rhode Island.
