Cloud Mountain has a dedicated and educated staff. We are committed to growing quality plants for our customers, and helping them succeed at their gardening efforts.

Cloud Mountain Farm Guarantee Our nursery stock is guaranteed to be true to name and in good health at the time of delivery. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your plants if you feel there is a problem. In no case does our guarantee cover more than the original cost of the plant.

Our guarantee does not cover plants injured by any factor outside our control, such as freeze damage, drought, floods, pest or disease damage, or improper planting.

We can advise you of our experience growing plants in our area; we cannot guarantee our plants will thrive in your gardening environment. Contact your local master gardeners or county agricultural agent for local gardening advice.

Special Requests Like most gardeners, we have experienced the frustration of seeing a plant somewhere, then being unable to find it for our own garden. We can help you find that elusive plant that doesn’t seem to be available. We can’t always guarantee success, but we can often find it somewhere!

Mail Order Policies We ship to all states within the U.S., limited by each states agricultural restrictions.
Shipping Minimums The minimum order that can be shipped is $25. The minimum shipping charge is $15 for zip codes 80001-99400, and $30 for zip codes 00001-80000.

Shipping Times We ship from February through October, weather permitting. We will only ship when we feel confident that the plants will arrive in good condition. Some plants have very restricted shipping seasons for that reason. When we confirm your order, we will try to specify the ship date that we feel is best. Please contact us if you need to change your ship dates.

Canadian Customers
Cloud Mountain Farm is only 7 miles south of the Sumas Border crossing. We invite Canadian customers to visit us! We can arrange agricultural inspection and phytosanitary certificates, usually within 2-3 business days, so that you can take your plants back to Canada. Not all plants can be taken into Canada, but we can help you choose plants that can be. You can also visit the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s website and work through their drop down menus to find out which plants can be brought into Canada. We can also arrange shipping to Canada; contact us for details.
